Online meeting between the CABICHEM Consortium and the Mongolian delegation

On 21 July 2020 the CABICHEM Consortium led by the Team Leader, Yaugen Ryzhykau, met remotely the CoE65 Mongolian Delegation including the National Focal Point for Mongolia, Ms. Sandagdorj Bayarkhuu, and the Mongolian local experts and officers. The meeting had the aim of discussing about the state of the art of the project activities - with a special focus on the current status of each WP implementation - as well as presenting to the Delegation the CABICHEM e-learning platform recently launched online by Fondazione FORMIT (https://coe65-learning.eu/).

The Platform is the eLearning tool Fondazione FORMIT has designed in cooperation with Istituto di Scienze e Tecnologie Molecolari (ISTM-CNR) in order to allow national and regional bodies involved in the waste management main issues and other relevant end-users to get further training and knowledge concerning both the best practices and the state-of-the-art in the field of chemical and biological waste management.

The attendees also discussed about how to implement the project until mid-2021 and the final format and content the project deliverables are required to have.

The meeting was fruitful and, despite the current limitations due to the Covid-19 emergency, the CABICHEM Consortium has been working remotely together with the local experts on site to keep performing their tasks and training activities in the region.
